Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Products (Accessories and In-Stock Items)

Orders for standard products may be canceled before they have shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@fenestrationllc.com or +1 302-313-2252. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return under our return policy.

Custom-Made Products

Orders for custom-made products, including garage doors, windows, doors, exterior screens, pergolas, and other made-to-order items, may only be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation, and only if production has not yet started. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible, and the full purchase price remains payable.

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

If applicable, subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made will not be refunded.
